What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at HR Specialists?
You will assume the role of our Human Resource Specialist. Your role is crucial in managing the lifecycle of employee engagement from start to finish. You will spearhead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization, and handle the administrative aspects of employee compensation, performance evaluations, and terminations in line with company and legal standards. Your responsibilities also include mediating internal conflicts, responding promptly to personnel-related inquiries, and managing the company's benefits programs. Additionally, you will maintain compliance by overseeing the upkeep of essential legal documentation and managing communications related to wage audits and garnishments for employees. Through these efforts, you will ensure a harmonious and efficient workplace, supporting both the operational and cultural objectives of the company.
You will be expected to work a total of 40 hours weekly/80 hours bi-weekly. Your hourly/salary wages will be paid bi-weekly.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
