We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is interested in helping our clients implement an effective HR strategy while assuring they are in compliance.
HR Consultant Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our clients HR strategy and processes
- HR Strategy and policy development
- Deploy online training presentations
- Leave Administration (FMLA/ADA)
- Recruitment
- Performance Management
- EEO Reporting
- Employee Relations
- Orientation/Onboarding Programs
- Organizational Effectiveness
- HR Documentation Compliance Support
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Professional Development
Qualifications:
- Customer Service oriented
- Strong verbal & written communication skills are required.
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient with MS Office Applications
- Experience with HRIS applications a plus
- Professional HR Certification is a plus
- HR and business experience supporting small to midsize organizations
- Must be willing to visit clients

- Bachelor's Degree - in HR preferred
