Position Summary:
The Sales Representative role is primarily a “hunter” and knows how to master networking to generate a strong pipeline. We provide access to subject matter experts to support your efforts before and after the sale. The position pays a salary plus commission and a recurring residual income which few companies in our industry still do.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
- Maintain records and reports in our CRM
- Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
- Identify and establish potential channel partners
- Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Represent HR Solutions as the leading and best HR outsourcing provider
- Special projects as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience selling to SMB's. Payroll, PEO, Employee Benefits sales preferred
- Familiarity with HR / Payroll software or systems a plus
- Experience in a consultative sales role
- Experience owning or working in a small family business a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
