Position Overview
HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager to lead the rollout, coordination, and execution of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system across multiple companies and operating environments. This role will serve as the central project lead for ERP implementation efforts, working cross-functionally with operations, finance, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
This position is responsible for driving the ERP implementation from planning through execution, including requirements gathering, system alignment, stakeholder coordination, and rollout across entities. The ERP Implementation Manager will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring the system is designed to support real operational workflows and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end ERP rollout across multiple companies, departments, and locations
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate implementation efforts across internal stakeholders, software partners, and vendors
- Identify project risks, gaps, and blockers, and drive resolution to keep implementation on track
- Define rollout phases, sequencing, and go-live readiness criteria
Business Process Discovery & Requirements Gathering
- Conduct discovery sessions with operations, production, inventory, finance, compliance, and leadership teams
- Document current workflows, business needs, and system requirements
- Translate business processes into clear, actionable requirements for system configuration and development
- Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, or improve workflows during implementation
- Ensure ERP configuration aligns with real-world operational needs
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources
- Partner with leadership to align ERP decisions with business strategy and operational goals
- Facilitate communication across multiple entities to ensure alignment and consistency
- Coordinate with external implementation partners to ensure scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Support change management efforts to prepare teams for new systems and workflows
Implementation Support & Rollout Execution
- Support system configuration review, testing, and validation processes
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), feedback collection, and issue tracking
- Assist with data preparation, cleanup, and migration planning
- Develop and support training materials, SOPs, and user documentation
- Monitor system adoption and recommend improvements post-implementation
Multi-Entity Systems Alignment
- Ensure ERP structure supports multiple companies, locations, and operating models
- Align system setup with operational, financial, inventory, and compliance requirements
- Support development of scalable processes and reporting across the organization
- Identify opportunities for improved visibility, efficiency, and standardization
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, project management, or related roles
- Experience participating in or leading an ERP rollout or large-scale system implementation
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory-driven environments
- Experience in highly regulated industries (cannabis, hemp, or similar)
- Experience working across multiple entities or locations
- Familiarity with system implementation, process improvement, or change management initiatives
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $125,000 annually
Final compensation will be based on experience, implementation background, and ability to manage a multi-entity ERP rollout. Benefits eligibility will be provided in accordance with HR MGMT 10, LLC plans.
