EMI Solutions (a Mobix Labs company) is a premier Southern California manufacturer of EMI Filters and Filtered Connectors and Transient Suppression products serving the Military, Medical and Industrial markets. EMI Solutions manufactures many types of EMI Filters and Filtered Connectors and also provides EMI Consulting to help customers solve their EMI Issues.
Responsibilities:
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on acquiring new customers. You will identify target companies, conduct outbound outreach, lead discovery conversations, present customized solutions, and close new business. Once a sale is secured, our operations team manages fulfillment and customer delivery so you can stay focused on pipeline development and closing deals.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present products or services to customers, explaining features and benefits
- Manage the sales pipeline and track all quote’s activity
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B inside sales experience, customer service, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in new business development
- MUST have experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks or similar system
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
