What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Human Resources position at Hoxton Circle?
Vice President, Head of Human Resources - PE Firm
Hybrid Role - Mid Town Manhattan
A Note from Me & About the Firm
I've worked with this PE firm for years and they are genuinely one of my favorite clients, which is why I'm excited about this search. A few things that make them different:
- They are the rare PE firm that is actually down to earth. Incredibly smart, work hard, but also fun to be around. Kind and decisive, which you don't always get together.
- They genuinely value their people. They sit on weekly recruiting calls with me for portfolio company roles more junior than any other PE firm I work with, because they understand how much talent matters at every level. They spend their time in the right places.
- The team is around 40 people, a strong mix of hungry early-career talent and seasoned senior professionals.
- They are completely receptive to HR and hungry for it. They will back initiatives with real budget. For the right person, this is an unusually good platform to build something.
