The Opportunity:
A high-growth manufacturing business is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the continued scale and sophistication of its accounting function.
This is a hands-on operational accounting role offering broad exposure to day-to-day accounting work. You'll report to an Accounting Manager and work alongside an AP/AR Specialist. This is a strong fit for an Accountant looking to build out their skill set, and join a forward thinking, growing organization with real room to develop over time.
This is an ideal opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Note this role requires you to work 5 days per week in-office.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
▪ Minimum 2-years of accounting experience
▪ Strong understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and month-end close processes
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
▪ Analytical, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong communication skills
