- The annual budget and rolling forecast models — assumptions, templates, timelines, version control
- The monthly financial performance package for Finance leadership and executive review
- Variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) that surfaces real risks and opportunities
- KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that leadership actually uses — plus the narratives and recommendations behind them
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 4–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance (manufacturing, CPG, retail, etc.), insurance finance, or regulated financial services
- Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint / executive presentation skills
- A confident communicator who can partner across finance and non-finance teams alike
Nice to have: Power BI / SQL / ERP experience; CPA, CFA, or MBA.

Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
