What You Will Do
- The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting the company's external and internal reporting obligations.
- Responsibilities will include managing and overseeing SEC reporting requirements, including the preparation and coordination of the company's annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Q filings.
- This individual will lead the preparation and review of financial statements, oversee the company's broader financial reporting function, and may manage a small team of accounting professionals.
- The right candidate will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and technical level and who can drive results in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
What We Are Looking For
- The ideal candidate brings a minimum of seven years of progressive accounting experience.
- While the company will consider candidates who come directly from public accounting, the strongest candidates will bring a combined public and private industry background, with demonstrated experience supporting the financial reporting function of a publicly traded company.
- Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A CPA designation is required for this role.
