-Know, follow, and understand Department of Mental Health guidelines and policies
- Develop and manage budgets for support programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and record keeping
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive support services
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of support programs
Skills:
-Bachelor's degree is required
- Administrative skills, including documentation and record keeping
