Surgery Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities:                                                    

1. Provides leadership for surgery/outpatient services for goal setting, problem-solving, resource management, and outcome achievement
2. Coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies and processes for ongoing compliance with regulatory standards
3. Provides safe practices in all aspects of patient care activities
4. Ensures the surgery area and outpatient areas are following state and federal regulations

Secondary Functions: All other duties required by CNO

• Graduate of board approved school of nursing
• BLS; ACLS

• Current Arkansas or compact state RN licensure

• A minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• A minimum of 2 years management experience preferred.
