Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers throughout the home buying and selling process
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and community engagement
- Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses.
- Provide market insights and pricing strategies to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and guide transactions from contract to closing.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
- Stay current on market trends, inventory, and local real estate activity.
- Consistently generate new business and maintain a healthy pipeline.
