Now Hiring: Leasing Consultant — 476 Taylor Apartments (Columbus, OH)
We're hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for 476 Taylor, a 48-unit community in Columbus. The building is 85% occupied — we want someone who can drive it to 95% and hold it there through new leases and renewals.
This is a role for a proven closer. Base pay is $20–$24/hour, and with per-lease, renewal, occupancy, and review bonuses, top performers earn $60,000–$68,000 per year.
You'll run leasing and showings end to end — process applications and leases, work renewals, and manage listings in ShowMojo and AppFolio. We need apartment leasing experience, a track record of hitting leasing and occupancy targets, and weekend availability (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–7pm).
