What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Prospect and develop client relationships through networking and referrals
- Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and market analysis
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the closing process
- Stay current on local market trends and continuing education requirements
