Russell Real Estate Services, is searching for a professional and productive Real Estate Agent that can provide direct support to newly licensed agents, as a mentor and trainer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching,likes to leads by example, and wants to make an impact in the development of new agents, all while continuing to build their own real estate business.
About the Role:
Ideally we will have 3 – 4 new agents each month, and each one needs structured guidance as they move from licensing into live transactions. You’ll be offering 1:1 mentorship, and helping new agents develop strong, professional habits from the start.
This position is part of our formal mentorship program, and mentors may have the opportunity to request or be invited into our Emerging Leaders program, which prepares select agents for future leadership and management roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to newly licensed agents
- Support mentees through early transactions (offers, contracts, open houses, negotiations)
- Encourage accountability and track mentee progress
- Maintain a professional standards by leading through example
- Communicate regularly with office leadership regarding agent development
Compensation:
- Compensated generously during each new agent's mentorship period

Qualifications:
- Active Ohio real estate license
- Minimum production level required (to be discussed during interview)
- Effective communicator with strong knowledge of contracts, process, and professionalism
- Comfortable leading, giving feedback, and modeling what success looks like
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to help others succeed
