Job Summary
Russell Real Estate Services is seeking a experienced and professional Real Estate Agent Trainer to inspire and develop the next generation of real estate professionals. In this role, you will train newly licenced agents and help develop their skills while continuing to grow your own real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, leads by example and is committed to helping others.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to newly licensed agents
- Guide mentees through early transactions, including offers, contracts, open houses, and negotiations
- Encourage accountability and monitor agent progress
- Maintain high professional standards by leading through example
- Communicate regularly with office leadership regarding agent development and progress

Qualifications:
- Active Ohio real estate license
- Minimum production level required (to be discussed during interview)
