What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly face and voice of our office—greet visitors and answer calls with professionalism and warmth.
- Keep our operations running smoothly by managing schedules, organizing files, and handling data entry.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Order supplies, maintain inventory, and support day-to-day office management.
- Prepare documents, scan, copy, and help with meeting materials.
- Jump in where needed—whether it’s coordinating with vendors or supporting the team on special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
