Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Manager
- Lead sales engagement initiative in person by connecting with clients to raise awareness and inspire support for the charity’s mission.
- Drive fundraising success by building meaningful relationships and encouraging donations through personal conversations.
- Develop and implement effective outreach and sales strategies to expand the charity’s reach and increase community involvement.
- Mentor sales team members to confidently share the charity’s impact and convert conversations into generous contributions.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations to amplify the charity’s message and boost donation levels.
- Monitor sales and outreach performance and refine approaches to maximize community support and overall charitable giving.
Qualifications of a Community Outreach Manager
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or charity is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A purpose-driven work ethic to stay aligned with the charity’s mission.
- Commitment to ethical outreach and representing the charity with integrity.
- Ability to manage projects while keeping initiatives organized and on track.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
