Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of 101 units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance and a basic knowledge of HUD and WHEDA programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage tenant relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, annual recertifications, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management software such as RealPage or OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant leases, payments, and waitlists.
- Enter Work Orders for maintenance requests
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Experience in property management a plus.
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs and Section 8 housing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficient in office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
