Salary: $120,000 per year Benefits
A warm, private family is seeking an exceptional native Spanish-speaking Rotational Nanny to care for their three young children—an energetic 5-year-old and affectionate 2-year-old twins. The family will be relocating from Manhasset, Long Island to West Village, NYC in August, and the position begins in July 2025.
This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who brings extensive experience, childcare expertise, and a genuine love for children. The family is bilingual and places strong cultural value on Spanish language immersion and Latin American family traditions, so a nanny who shares that background or understands those values is highly appreciated.
What the Family is Looking For:

A native Spanish speaker

15 years of professional nanny experience, with long-term roles and excellent references

Prior rotational schedule experience (7 days on/off) is preferred

Schedule Details:

24/7 coverage during your 7 working days, with downtime provided while children nap or sleep (approximately 6:30/7am – 7:30/8pm)

The nanny monitors the twins overnight via baby monitor; the parents monitor the 5-year-old

Weekly handover every Tuesday evening with the co-nanny for a smooth and consistent transition
