Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations, including cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping management
- Coordinate and supervise household staff such as cleaners, cooks, and childcare providers
- Plan and organize events, family activities, and special occasions within the residence
- Manage household supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance or repair services as needed
- Provide personal assistance to family members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ensure the residence is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Supervise childcare activities when necessary, ensuring safety and engagement for children
- Oversee meal preparation or coordinate with chefs for cooking duties
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management and household documentation
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing household needs promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in house management, property management, or hospitality roles such as hotel or concierge experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in event planning, childcare, residential cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Supervising experience with staff coordination and team leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of laundry processes, cooking basics, and general household maintenance
- Background in personal assistant duties or administrative experience is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle household emergencies calmly and efficiently
