What are the responsibilities and job description for the BRIDGE Project Manager position at Hour House?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BRIDGE Project Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination, organization, and implementation of services and activities funded under the Pregnant Women, Women with Dependent Children (PWWDC) BRIDGE program. This role ensures that program activities meet grant requirements, support positive maternal and child outcomes, and operate in alignment with agency policy and licensing standards.
Duties
- Coordinate daily operations of the PWWDC program, ensuring services are delivered according to grant guidelines and agency policies.
- Assist in organizing program activities, including clinical services, family support services, childbirth support, transportation assistance, and educational programming.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and submitting program data, outcome reports, and required documentation for funders.
- Serve as a point of contact for program referrals, intake coordination, and communication among departments.
- Coordinate external referrals and communicate with partnering agencies to support client needs.
- Represent the PWWDC program professionally at meetings and outreach events when assigned.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social services, public health, human services, psychology, sociology, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with families, pregnant women, or individuals experiencing substance use or mental health challenges preferred.
- Experience with grant-funded programs strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and electronic records systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive during day time or evening hours required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,500 annually
