\nYou will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned brand and marketing projects, ensuring structured execution from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration and help maintain consistent brand quality across all channels.
- Lead the execution of brand projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with IT, UI/UX, design, and content teams to deliver aligned marketing and branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and identity across all platforms and communication channels.
- Develop clear task definitions, workflows, and implementation plans to improve execution efficiency.
- Monitor project and brand performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and propose scalable workflow improvements.
- Support additional project management activities as required to achieve team objectives.
Requirements
You are an organized and proactive project management professional with a strong understanding of branding and marketing environments. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- 1 year of experience in project management or marketing-related roles.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to grow professionally.
