This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating an exceptional member experience, and working in a fast-paced, fitness-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and support members with exceptional customer service
- Educate prospects and members on HOTWORX workouts and memberships
- Drive membership and retail sales while working toward monthly goals
- Assist with prospecting and studio marketing initiatives
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional studio environment
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Personable, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
- Willing to learn and complete required HOTWORX training and certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
$15/hour commission and bonuses

Important: Candidates must be willing to participate in a HOTWORX workout as part of the interview process, including a portion of the interview inside the sauna. Once hired, team members are expected to experience all HOTWORX sessions so they can confidently educate and support our members.
