Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at HOTWORX located in Panama City Beach, FL. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the studio meets performance and membership growth targets, and lead sales initiatives. Responsibilities include managing a small team, maintaining a positive environment, delivering exceptional member experiences, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Additional duties involve executing marketing plans, tracking financial metrics, and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This opportunity has a base salary with uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, and achieving performance targets
- Ability to manage studio operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and passion for fitness and wellness are highly preferred
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for operations and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, management, or related fields is a plus
- Previous management experience, particularly in fitness or customer-service-oriented industries, is advantageous
