HOTWORX Mt Juliet is looking for a General Manager to lead the daily operations of the business. The GM will be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall success of the studio through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills and customer service.
($40,000-$60,000 /year)

Operations Management:
- Studio Cleanliness
- Equipment Maintenance
- Product Maintenance
- Inventory and operating supplies
Employee Management:
- Hire, train, terminate
- employee scheduling
- employee performance
- Team camaraderie
- performance reviews, feedback & coaching
Sales and Revenue Management
- Overall studio sales and revenue performance and growth
- Lead management
- Membership retention
- Red appointments scheduled, attended, and closed
- Prospecting efforts and reports
Qualifications
Previous management experience a plus but not required.
Self starter, strong independent worker
Strong soft skills ( work ethic, problem solving, decision making etc.) We can and am willing to teach and develop the hard skills.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
