Position Type: Full time, M-F, 10AM – 8PM
Compensation: Starting at $50K yearly

What we are looking for
- Strong dispatch and coordination skills
- Ability to think ahead and solve problems in real time
- Comfortable managing drivers and customer expectations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Confident communicator who can balance operations and customer needs
Qualifications
- Prior dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience required
- Strong computer skills (dispatch systems, email, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure
We are looking for individuals that have experience with HOT SHOT, ON DEMAND, AIR FREIGHT DISPATCHING, that have dealt with 50 or more drivers at one time.
Salary : $50,000
