What's the Job?
- Support carrier sales organization by working directly with partner trucking companies to align with available loads
- Negotiate rates, track and trace shipments, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain customer profile information and enter loads into the Freight Optimizer system
- Update account managers and customers on load status and resolve any issues that arise
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely and condition-compliant arrivals
- At least 1 year of logistics experience
- General knowledge of the transportation industry
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form
