Electrical Safety Lead

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical Safety Lead to provide field safety oversight for electrical preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor fab projects in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for a senior electrical professional with strong NFPA 70E, LOTO, arc flash, and field supervision experience.

Schedule: Project Schedule | Overtime as Needed

Pay Range: $40–$50/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical safety oversight during preventive maintenance and facility support activities.
• Verify proper PPE usage, LOTO compliance, and safe electrical work practices.
• Support troubleshooting, inspections, and electrical maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technicians, facility teams, supervisors, and site leadership.
• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 electrical teams as needed.
• Help maintain compliance with NFPA 70E, arc flash safety, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Work in a fast-moving semiconductor fab/project environment where priorities may change quickly.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 6 years of industrial electrical maintenance, electrical safety, or field supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, PPE, arc flash, and electrical safety compliance.
• Experience with 480V systems, MCCs, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure preferred.
• Semiconductor, cleanroom, critical facility, or data center experience strongly preferred.
• Journeyman electrician license or equivalent field experience preferred.
• Infrared Thermography certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus.
• Previous TSMC, UIS, or semiconductor construction/facility experience is a strong plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
