Bilingual Project Assistant

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Project Assistant to support operations and project execution for a growing manufacturing and engineering organization in Phoenix. This role will assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and supporting communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Title: Bilingual Project Assistant

Location: North Phoenix, AZ (85085)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Range: $25 – $28/hr

Schedule: M-F 8A-5P

(subject to change to match construction engineering team)

Start Date: May 2026

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with preparing purchase orders, invoices, and project-related documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide general administrative support to project managers and operational teams.
• Support procurement coordination and vendor follow-ups when necessary.
• Assist with preparing project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Maintain organized project records, contracts, and documentation.
• Track project milestones, schedules, and progress updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations roles (entry-level candidates welcome).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, schedules, and project updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a MUST.
