Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor fab facility work for a growing general contractor supporting TSMC P1 projects in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for a junior electrical or facilities technician with hands-on maintenance experience who is comfortable working in a safety-driven, fast-changing project environment.

Position: Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician

Location: North Phoenix, AZ | TSMC Area

Type: Full-Time | Contract

Schedule: Project Schedule | Overtime as Needed

Pay Range: $27–$32/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Support electrical preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor fab/facility systems.
• Perform equipment rounds, readings, inspections, and basic maintenance checks.
• Assist with facility operation activities under supervision.
• Report abnormal equipment conditions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Follow site safety requirements, including PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety procedures.
• Work around controlled environments, cleanroom/fab areas, and active construction or facility zones.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, facilities, semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic electrical or facility maintenance knowledge required.
• Comfortable working in a semiconductor fab/project site environment.
• Familiarity with PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety practices.
• NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or obtainable.
• Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus, but not required.
• Previous TSMC, UIS, or semiconductor construction/facility experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
