We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team at our vibrant hotel. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth check-in and check-out processes, and efficient management of guest relations. Your leadership will create a warm and welcoming environment that elevates the guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest requests, and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and guest communication at all times
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Support training initiatives for staff on hotel management procedures, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
