Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team in a split shift role covering both 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is comfortable working evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, or clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs (if applicable)
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
- Monitor the front desk area to ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues as needed
- Perform light housekeeping or organizational duties as required

- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support experience preferred; familiarity with front desk responsibilities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Requirements:
