Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback.
- Maintain open communication with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Issue daily assignments to staff, ensuring smooth flow of operations and addressing special requests.
- Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations.
- Control inventory and distribute supplies to staff, maintaining proper levels and minimizing waste.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a consistent and efficient housekeeping operation.
