Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in Birmingham, AL. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness and organization of guest and common areas, and manage the housekeeping team. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, conducting quality checks, maintaining inventory, and addressing guest needs to uphold high standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team
- Proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
