What You'll Do
As a Housekeeper, you'll help keep our property looking its best while ensuring every guest feels comfortable and welcome. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to high standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors and carpets.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock guest supplies and housekeeping closets.
- Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Report maintenance issues or room concerns promptly.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work as part of a team to complete daily housekeeping goals.
- Follow all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
