HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS !!!

Expected Schedule would be 4 shifts during the day and 2 overnight shifts, Shift during the day are 7-3 or 3-11 / Overnight shifts are 11-7.

WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY !!!!

Responsibilities

• Greet guest with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel with courteous phone etiquette
• Provide customer service support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and via phone or email
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible

MARRIOTT / HOTEL experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED
