What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly while providing outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome guests, visitors, and clients with a warm smile and professional attitude
- Create a positive first impression and provide excellent customer service
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Respond to questions and inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendars
- Perform data entry, filing, document organization, and proofreading
- Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer systems
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Help manage office supplies and inventory
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is professional, positive, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, office, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
- Personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus
