Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services with a focus on excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications effectively
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and incident reports to support operational transparency and accountability
- Oversee front desk operations during overnight hours, including addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or facility issues that arise during the night shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably with a background in night audit or front desk roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
