Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services with a focus on excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications effectively
• Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and incident reports to support operational transparency and accountability
• Oversee front desk operations during overnight hours, including addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to ensure safety and security
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest or facility issues that arise during the night shift

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably with a background in night audit or front desk roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
• Familiarity with guest relations practices and hotel industry standards in resort or hotel environments
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations
