Duties
- Monitor hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
- Check-in and check-out guests with a focus on providing friendly, bilingual service that caters to a diverse clientele
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to maintain safety standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit reports to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review
- Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to facilitate seamless guest services and resolve any issues efficiently
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong understanding of guest services and hotel procedures
- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one additional language to enhance guest relations and communication
- Expertise in night audit functions, including financial reconciliation and account management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette
