We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations efficiently.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring all schedules are up-to-date.
- Provide information about the facility's services and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
