Job Summary
Hot Mess Express LLC is hiring dependable and hardworking Crew Members / Loaders to assist with junk removal services throughout the Inland Empire.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and removing junk from residential and commercial properties
- Lift, carry, and transport heavy items safely
- Work alongside a driver/crew lead to complete jobs efficiently
- Sort items for disposal, recycling, or donation
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to the work yard
- Available to start at 7:00 AM
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be dependable and show up on time
