Job Summary
Hot Mess Express LLC is a fast-growing junk removal and hauling company serving the Inland Empire. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Crew Lead to operate our trucks, lead a small crew, and deliver excellent service to our customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing the job right, and can lead by example in the field.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company dump trucks to and from job sites
- Lead a 1–2 person crew on junk removal jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Load, sort, and haul items efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper disposal, recycling, or donation of materials
- Complete basic job documentation (photos, notes, etc.)
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
- Maintain a clean and professional job site and truck
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lead a small team and stay organized under pressure
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job tracking and communication
- Ability to problem-solve on the job and adapt to different situations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable driving large vehicles (or willing to learn quickly)
- Must have reliable transportation to the work yard
- Available to start at 7:00 AM

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
