What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Dayshift Nurse (RN or LPN) position at Hospice?
Location: Toledo, OH
At Ohioans Home Healthcare, we have an excellent full time, dayshift opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses. We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Current LPN or RN state licensure
- One year of comfort cate experience
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hospice/case management experience preferred
- This is a 12-hour panama schedule with rotating weekends
