What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse position at Ohioans Home Healthcare & Hospice?
Location: Toledo, OH
As a Hospice Dayshift Registered Nurse (RN) at Ohioans Home Health & Hospice, you will perform the admission visit for all new hospice clients, educate patients and their families, and establish a plan of care that will be the foundation of all care delivery. Working in the Toledo area, you will apply your strong assessment skills to recognize the need for other disciplines that may be required to provide patient care.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- One year of comfort care experience
- Current RN state licensure
- CPR certification
- Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Hospice/case management experience preferred
- Ability to work a Panama schedule (12-hour shifts), with rotating weekends
