The successful candidate will own the entire label and branding lifecycle—from microscopic reconstruction of legacy assets to the qualification and oversight of industrial print vendors.

The successful candidate will own the entire label and branding lifecycle—from microscopic reconstruction of legacy assets to the qualification and oversight of industrial print vendors.
Supervises
- External print vendors and manufacturing partners
- Contract designers or production support (as applicable)
- Oversee vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines
- Provide technical direction to contractors and suppliers
- Establish quality control standards and enforce compliance
- Manage workflow priorities across the production pipeline
- Reconstruct high-fidelity vector artwork from degraded or legacy physical samples with exacting accuracy
- Maintain historical design integrity through deep knowledge of vintage print techniques and materials
- Source, evaluate, and manage specialized industrial print vendors for non-standard production runs
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and technical specifications with external partners
- Execute advanced color matching and calibration across substrates and lighting environments
- Conduct durability and archival testing on materials including adhesives, laminates, and inks
- Ensure all outputs meet strict quality standards for restoration authenticity and longevity
- Manage the full production lifecycle from design approval through final physical application
- Apply decals and physical elements with precision to high-value restored hardware
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in print production, color management, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print production
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or manufacturing coordination
- Experience working with specialized materials, print processes, or restoration projects preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (print-ready vectorization)
- Strong understanding of print production processes including pre-flight, bleed, GSM, and color systems (CMYK/Pantone)
- Knowledge of material science as it relates to print durability and adhesion
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to achieve 1:1 design accuracy
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure production compliance
- High manual dexterity and precision for physical application work
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Salary : $62,000 - $75,000
