About The Role
The Marketing & Sales Manager plays a central role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—leading marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition
- Manage and grow company social media presence, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Meta platforms)
- Implement and manage tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel) to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused content
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Analyze marketing and sales data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns (Meta platforms strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in marketing, sales, or digital marketing roles
- Experience in customer relationship management and client-facing roles
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Interest or experience in gaming communities (retro or tabletop) (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
