What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and physician orders
- Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
- Complete required documentation and daily treatment notes
- Participate in resident care planning
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Associate’s degree recognized by AOTA
- Current COTA license in good standing required
- Geriatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Flexible FT, PT & PRN opportunities
- Supportive therapy and nursing leadership
- Work with both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
