We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Customer service experience
✅ Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred
✅ Strong Excel, Word & Outlook skills
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Comfortable working with inventory, shipping documentation, and operational data
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain inventory and shipping records
- Create reports and update customer/vendor information
- Schedule pickups and deliveries
- Process invoicing and shipping documentation
