Indiana Waste Service currently has a full time or part time Customer Service Representative position open at our office in Lowell, IN. Applicant will work primarily as a Customer Service Representative while conducting a variety of administrative duties as part of a team.
We are seeking an individual with past experience of working in an office with administration duties of interacting with customers. Applicants must have a positive, upbeat attitude and work well under pressure, provide excellent customer service and can respond quickly to customer's needs. Must be comfortable spending a majority of the day answering phone calls and emails as well as administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints respectfully and professionally.
- Provide quotes for service, complete onboarding of new customers and schedule service.
- Process payments, contact customers regarding past due accounts.
- Invoice customers.
- Work as a team with the route supervisor, sales, drivers and other office staff.
- Carry out administrative duties and other areas of responsibility deemed appropriate by the manager.
- Ability to adjust schedule to cover other employees days off.
Full Time Position: Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm (we have some flexibility with this schedule)
Part Time Position: 3 days per week, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm (schedule is flexible)
