Administrative Coordinator- Liability Insurance Department | Tyler, TX (Onsite)
$30.00 per hour plus benefits
We're seeking a detail-oriented Risk Finance Coordinator to join a leading healthcare organization in Tyler, TX.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working with insurance, risk management, physician credentialing, and cross-functional healthcare teams
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate professional liability insurance coverage for employed physicians and physician programs
✅ Process new coverage requests, renewals, cancellations, and extended reporting coverage
✅ Issue and respond to requests for Certificates of Insurance
✅ Maintain communication with physician offices, healthcare facilities, insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
✅ Assist with insurance premium reviews, invoice processing, and risk finance reporting
✅ Support self-insurance programs and risk management initiatives
✅ Provide administrative support for safety, security, emergency preparedness, and TOIAP Appeals Committee activities
What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma required
✔ Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience working with insurance, healthcare administration, risk management, or physician services is a plus
✔ Dependable, professional, and customer-service focused
